Hey! Once again I am back at the library emailing you guys! This week was really crazy due to transfers!
I just got transferred out of my old area in Logan, Iowa! I am now serving in Nebraska (finally haha). They transferred me to the Winter Quarters YSA Ward which is a ward that is composed of single adults from the ages of 18-29. Most of the members are returned missionaries who are going to Creighton law school so we can make connections really easily when they talk about their missions. We held the baptism of Harry, a convert who was born in the same month I was! It is crazy to go from working with people from the age of 35-55 to working with people very close to my same age, and it is very different. I played piano at the baptism and we had to get up at 5 to fill the font so we were pretty tired last night. My new companion is Elder de Graaf and he is from the Netherlands and speaks dutch. He and I get along really well (which is weird because I didn't think we would when I first met him on Friday) and he is very obedient. I am excited to work in a city!
With firm conviction,
Elder Adair
