Hey everyone! This week was great! Elder Anderson and I worked hard to visit as many people as possible. He came into our area and told me that he wanted to teach 30 lessons every week. We tried our best and managed to teach a total of 11, 4 to non-members and 7 to less active members. We were blessed by our hard work and we got a call saying that a members friend had read through the book of Mormon and wanted to meet with us. I am excited to teach her about the gospel and answer her questions! We had a really cool experience this week. Elder Anderson and I were teaching a less active member of our ward named Bishwom and he was having a really hard time even opening the book of Mormon. We came prepared to help him to read the book of Mormon or help him understand what is holding himself back. He told us that he felt like something was trying to stop him from reading and it was scaring him so he let us give him a blessing. He said immediately when we put our hands on his head the feeling left, and ever since then he has had no trouble reading the book of Mormon! I am excited to see him continue to read and get answers to his prayers!

We had zone conference this past week and our Mission President and his wife taught us how we should be using the atonements in our lives and shared an insight about the sacrament that touched me. Sometimes we get pre-occupied thinking of our investigators and making sure they are comfortable but we forget that the sacrament is an ordinance specifically for each of us as individuals. Our mission president told us that sacrament is the only time when we should not be thinking about our investigators but instead put our thoughts about them on hold while we reflect on our past weeks mistakes and think about the savior and how through his atonement we can repent and try again. We need to set that time apart to think of the things we have repented of and renew our desire to keep the lords commandments! Well, president announced at zone conference that we will be setting up a musical and that missionaries will be able to sing and bear testimony. Sister Gardner (the presidents wife) told me she wanted me to sing something and I will most likely be able to sing in it! The funny thing is that the title is "Book of Mormon" and underneath it says "you've heard of it -- maybe even seen the Broadway Msuical. Now is your chance to see the REAL thing!

Thanks for taking the time to read my email guys!

With firm conviction,

Elder Adair
