Good morning everyone! As usual this week has been full of trials and blessings, but trial and blessing are synonyms so I guess I could really just say blessings! As Elder Anderson and I continue to work hard to get appointments set up and to prepare to teach effectively, our work load continues to go up. We are hoping to get to the point where we are teaching 4 lessons each day (right now it is 2-3). It is very exciting to see people benefit from the things we teach and to see lives changing each time we come back to teach more about the gospel!
This week we had a fantastic lesson with Ninh! We brought a returned missionary who had a really strong testimony and we taught very powerfully. We taught him about the restoration of the gospel in his home and testified of the truth of our message and the spirit was very strong. He is a very humble guy and I really hope he continues to meet with us and to progress. We had a zone training this week and we learned about how we can improve our work by recognizing the reason behind why we are sharing the gospel. When I spend more time thinking about why I am teaching the people I am teaching and where I want them to be after I am done teaching them, it helps me to understand how I can teach them to reach that point.
I am learning a bunch of new things each day about life and about myself and how I can bless the lives of others through my service! I appreciate all of you and all of your prayers and support!
With firm conviction,
Elder Adair
