Week #55 - Mitchell Branch South Dakota

Good afternoon everybody!

Its been another great week on my mission and everything is going great! Elder Winward and I are traveling down to omahatonight to make it to our Trainer Trainee meeting tomorrow. It will take us about 4 hours to make it down to omaha which goes to show exactly how big our mission is! This week we had an incredibly cool looking thunder storm and after we came back in for the day it started pouring hail started coming down so we had to go outside and hurry to get our car parked safely in our garage. Luckily it didn't suffer any hail damage. We went on exchanges with our District Leader this week and it turned out pretty well I learned a lot and Elder Winward did a good job keeping the other Elder on his toes! We are already 4 weeks done in our 12 week training program and it is crazy to me how fast the mission has flown. I was doing some long term goals and I realized I only have 50 weeks left! 50 happens to be a great number to base goals off of so I set up a lot of good goals on things I need to do every week to make the most of the rest of my mission! It is amazing how being on a mission teaches you how to structure your life. Before I came out on my mission I never had a scheduled "study" time but now I see immense benefits that come from setting an hour of the day to study during!
