Week #67 - Mahoney Ward Lincoln NE

Good Morning Everyone!

This week was awesome! Just last night Elder Reed and I had an awesome little miracle! He told me he was feeling sick so we went back to the appartment so he could use the restroom. After he finished I convinced him to go out to walk to the post office with me so I could drop off my fast offerings. I told him that we would talk to whoever we came into contact with and that we might have a lesson. So we went walking and there was no one out at all and it was late at night but after walking for a bit we spotted someone cleaning their car. We taught him about the restoration and gave us all his info and told us we could come back. He told us that his friends ex wife was a mormon and he would want to know where the church building was so that he might be able to come so we gave him the address. What are the chances! Elder Reed and I have had a lot of experiences this past week and he has decided that he will stay on his mission and I believe that it is due to prayer that he has made the decision so thank you for all of you who prayed for us!
