This week has been really crazy because of transfers, Elder Reed and I thought one of us would leave this transfer but we both stayed and I got assigned to be the new district leader! I am going to have to curb my pride if I am going to be a good one, so its definitely going to be challenging over the next transfer. We went out tracting a lot this week and we met a few really nice people! One guy was named Jeff and he told us he was lutheran but after we testified of how we know that he can be together with his family forever a sweet spirit filled the air and his attitude towards us changed. He still hasn't told us to come back, but I felt prompted after we left to come back in about a week and try to talk to him again. We also ran into an alcoholic on the street and talked to him about how the church has been restored and how God's true doctrines were put into a pure restored organization lead by the authority of God, he promised us he would read it and ask God if it was his will for him to join the church. It was a really good teaching experience for my companion because prior to us going out to teach these people, my companion locked up and wouldn't leave the car, but instead wanted to sit out the rest of the evening, and after talking to him about it for several minutes we both went out and saw more success than we had seen all day! I have a testimony that when we feel the least like doing the Lord's work, it is when we need to do it the most. The feelings of discouragement and anger we feel come from satan as he tries to trick us into letting great opportunities to share the gospel pass right on by. The times that we feel the least resistance are the times he is the least worried about the opportunities we will have, so struggle against his negative thoughts! It will always be worth it in the long run!

I love you guys! With firm conviction, Elder Adair
