This week was great! I went on exchanges with another Elder in my district and we had a great time! We found a couple of people who we could potentially come back and talk with. It is really crazy. I have been thinking about my mission lately and with my 20th birthday coming up this week I only have 6 months left! I have decided that if there was anything I was holding back before, it is time to let it go and give the Lord my all. I very well may be getting transferred this coming week (22nd) but I won't find out for certain until that day rolls around. This week we found a couple of people who we are going to start teaching in the coming weeks. One is named Darren and the other is Amy. We found them both knocking doors and they are both awesome and have great families! Amy has a son named Noah and she was really excited to hear our message and wants us to share more with her so she can start involving God in her life more. Darren is a middle aged man with a really awesome family but he has been going with his wife to church as a seventh day adventist to make her happy. My hope is that we will be able to fully teach them and that they will recognize the spirit touching their hearts and confirming the truth of our message. We had zone conference this week and that was an amazing spiritual experience. There is never a time where I don't come back from zone conference inspired and full of faith that the Lord will assist us in the work. In our Zone Conference we talked about looking for families and eliminating the word "tract" from our vocabulary and looking instead for families in areas of the city who are prepared to accept our message and be sealed together for all eternity. We planned one evening to look two blocks north of a less active member on the north side of the street for a house with a jeep out in front and 4 children who would still be up even later in the night. Sure enough, we found a family of six still up with a jeep out front exactly as we had planned, and although they ended up telling us they did not want to continue learning about the message, the spirit was strong and I could tell that Jason, the father, was really touched by the spirit that came as we testified of our message.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week and a happy valentines day! Love you guys! With firm conviction, Elder Adair
